Hi, I’m Kieran — a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over five years of in-gym experience. I started my fitness journey like many others: unsure of myself and searching for confidence.
But through dedication, consistency, and a love for training, fitness completely transformed my life. It gave me the confidence to take risks, put myself out there, and truly start living the life I always wanted.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario, I began my professional career at LA Fitness, where I had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life take their first steps toward their goals.
Eventually, I decided to take my passion private — giving me the freedom to connect with clients on a deeper level and tailor programs that truly fit their lifestyles.
